We are recruiting a Pâtisserie Chef for a Food and Beverages group of companies in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Pâtisserie Chef role will involve using a range of kitchen equipment and ingredients to bake and make an assortment of desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, puddings, pastries and other confections to meet customer needs on a daily basis. The Pâtisserie Chef will also use scientific skills to ensure the right chemical reactions are taking place during the process of baking and making pastries.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in preparation of French and Western culture desserts Candidate should be available to start work immediately
